Empower Federal Credit Union wanted to reduce their time to hire with a more streamlined and consistent hiring approach. Additionally, they needed to gain better candidate insight earlier in the process to make more informed hiring decisions and reduce turnover.

I hire for 29 locations, so it allows me the opportunity to share interviews with various managers across the state, saving time for both candidates and the hiring team. Prior to using Spark Hire, I would review applications and select a handful of candidates to phone screen. This involved a great deal of phone tag as you can imagine. From there, I would determine who to schedule for in-person interviews. With the addition of Spark Hire, I can screen many more candidates, eliminate phone tag, and collaborate with our hiring managers.
