Absolutely! Our pricing page is only for businesses that are interested in using Spark Hire's platform for their recruiting process. If you are on Spark Hire to take an interview with one of our customers, you do not need to sign up for a plan. If you have any questions, contact our support team here.

Determine the number of jobs you’ll need to interview for on an ongoing basis:

• 1 job - Starter
• 2-5 jobs - Pro

Figure out how many users will need to be logging in Spark Hire:

• 3 or less users - Starter
• 5 or less users - Pro
• 6 or more users - Team or Enterprise

All Spark Hire plans come with unlimited video interviews. One of the main differences in the plans is the number of jobs you can interview candidates for at a given time.

For example, if you have a Pro account, you can conduct unlimited interviews for 5 different positions concurrently. If you fill a position and want to interview for another role, you can easily swap them out.

Since Spark Hire provides unlimited video interviews, jobs are specific to a location.

A user seat is a license to log in and use the platform. User seats are required in order to facilitate interviews on Spark Hire and use additional functionality/features. Individuals who just need to watch interviews that are shared with them do not need a user seat.

On our Starter and Pro plans, the user limit is set so if you need more users, your best option is to upgrade your plan.

On our Team and Enterprise plans, you can purchase an unlimited number of users for your account. The price per user depends on the volume of users you’d like to add. If you’re a new customer, our sales team will be able to provide you with a quote for this. If you’re an existing customer, your Customer Success Manager will be able to provide you with a quote.

A credit card is required for specific plans, but we do offer plans with alternative payment methods such as ACH/Wire and Check. Please contact us for more information.

Yes. If you upgrade your account, you will be charged a prorated amount for your new plan based on your existing billing anniversary date. If you downgrade, the change will occur at your next full subscription renewal. Any change to your subscription is subject to the Terms of Use and/or an executed order form.

Yes, you can cancel your account and the cancelation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription. Any change to your subscription is subject to the Terms of Use and/or an executed order form.

With all coupon codes and special offers, you will be charged for the plan you have selected on your next billing anniversary unless a change is made prior to that date.

Our full refund policy can be found in our Terms of Use. Since Spark Hire initiates service as soon as you pay, there are no refunds. To treat every customer fairly, no exceptions will be made.

We commit to storing interviews for up to 1 year as long as you have an active subscription. If you need to store your interviews for more than a year, contact us and we'll discuss your needs and offer a solution. On our Annual Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans, you can download your interviews whenever you'd like.

The video library is where all of the videos that users on your account record or upload. This does not include the video interviews you complete. The videos in your library are used for features such as custom intro videos and video questions. The storage limit is a cap in GB (gigabytes). We add up the file sizes of all the videos in your library and ensure you're under your limit.

Yes, additional storage can be purchased for your video library at a rate of $15.00 USD per month for 5 GB. When you exceed your storage limit, an extra 5 GB of storage ($15.00 USD per month) will be auto-billed to your account.
