What inspired you to look into video interviewing?

A:

The changing digital environment forced us to move towards new digital HR tools. Video interviewing was one of the initiatives that we wanted to take on as Regional HR. We anticipated the process for recruitment becoming much more efficient with this tool.

A:

A:

We wanted a more efficient and time-saving recruitment process. We also hoped to make it a more qualitative recruitment process, to better compete with other corporate multinationals in terms of using digital HR tools.

A:

Video interviews allowed us to increase our hiring efficiency 7 times. Instead of 10 manual recruitments per week, we can now do 10 recruitments per day with Spark Hire.

How does video interviewing fit into your hiring process?

A:

It has become a part of our minimum recruitment standards that have been established within our region. Completion of a video interview is a prerequisite to an in-person interview within the recruitment process.

The platform has tons of opportunities, you can easily set up configurations per interview (for example giving the candidates 30 seconds to reply on a particular question). You can also easily share the interview with, for example, line managers so they can give feedback as to whether an applicant is a good fit for their open position.
