Phone interviews are very time consuming for our managers and only one interviewer has the opportunity to experience it for themselves. Many of our candidates are in different locations and we had to pay for their travel expenses before seeing if they were truly a good fit. A thorough screening and interviewing process would save our organization time and money.

We wanted a platform that was easy to use, reliable, had the ability to share video interviews across the interview team, and customizable.
We often did phone interviews with multiple candidates and it was exciting to see if we could reduce the amount of time HR and hiring managers were spending on the phone while getting a better look at all of our candidates.

We estimate it takes approximately 5 minutes to review a video interview compared to 30 minutes per phone screen.
