What inspired you to look into video interviewing? Were there specific challenges in your day to day were you looking to solve with video interviewing?

A:

Our hiring managers had a challenge of receiving a large number of applicants for their roles. The applications were a bit overwhelming. So we wanted a solution to make shortlisting easier and thus reduce the time pressures on our managers.
