The Jacksonville Jaguars compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the American Football Conference (AFC) South division. Founded alongside the Carolina Panthers in 1995 as an expansion team, the Jaguars originally competed in the AFC Central until they were realigned to the AFC South in 2002. The franchise is owned by Shahid Khan.
The Jaguars were in search of an interview platform that integrated with their ATS. Beyond building a one-stop-shop for all their needs, the hiring team was looking for a more efficient and modern way to connect with hiring managers and candidates alike.
In general, we needed a more efficient and modernized process for all parties - hiring managers, candidates, etc. Video interviewing provided a user-friendly, streamlined approach.
This is our first time using a video interviewing platform.
Beyond efficiency, we were looking for an intuitive, straightforward tool that would improve collaboration across teams and speed up our time to hire. The integration with our applicant tracking system, TeamWork Online (TWOL), was a big plus.
